Many of us are kinesthetic learners, meaning we learn by moving or connecting to our bodies.

Life decisions can sometimes be challenging so we default to doing Google searches, ask opinions of others, or just follow other peoples' examples.

Hopefully, this short video will put another tool in your toolbox.
